Why do you make art?
Its impulsive.
Who do you make it for?
Plants, animals, sometimes people, sometimes myself.
Do you have heroes? Is so, who, if not why not?
Thom Yorke, but I don't like the word hero.
Do you plan out a piece or do you wing it?
Wing it, always. As soon as a plan anything it fails.
How do you know when you are finished?
Only when i feel that something has been transformed, in a material way at least.
What was the first exhibition/artwork you saw that blew your mind?
Cyprien Gaillard's series, Real Remnants of Fictive Wars.
Name a recent exhibition that impressed you?
The Water Hole by Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger at ACCA last year.
If you could have any artwork in the world what would it be?
A Turner painting hung somewhere inside Gregor Schneider's Weisse Folter (White Torture)
